Answer: Although we primarily host your domain name; such as, www.RealWorldHosting.com; you are welcome to use a sub-domain, such as www.YourName.RealWorldHosting.com.

Question: What if I only have one domain? Many people do; you know? And you talk about hosting multiple domains.
Answer: You are not obligated to host the amount of domains outlined in your plan. It's simply an option. But, we're confident you could find a friend or family member that would love you for hosting their site. Love is good.

Question: Will I have a control panel to administer my site?
Answer: RealWorldHosting  offers cPanel control panel to help you manage your site with ease and security.

Question: Do you have a demo of this cPanel of which you speak?

Question: My last host was often down. How often will RealWorldHosting be down?
Answer:  Although we do our best to keep our servers in the finest  possible condition, occasionally a server must be taken off line for routine and unavoidable maintenance. Most times it's just a simple system re-boot or software and security upgrades that affect accessibility. You can't drive a car without needing to stop for gas, or change the oil, or rotate the tires, or (well you get the picture).

Question: What name servers do I use?
Answer:  It depends on which server you were placed on when you signed up for services. The information is found in your welcome letter. You did save a copy; didn't you?

Question: If I need more disk space or bandwidth; do I have to purchase another plan?
Answer: You can purchase extras and upgrades for existing plans here.

Question: What's the difference between an Add-on Domain and a Parked Domain?
Answer: An Add-on Domain has it's own e-mail, website, and all the other goodies that your main account has. It is administered via your main account control panel. A Parked Domain resides on the same space as your main domain. That is, it re-directs to your main domain index page while displaying it's URL in the browser.

Question: How can you sell for less?
Answer: We purchase in bulk and keep operating expenses lower in many ways.

Question: Can I use RealWorldHosting  servers to run my Spam business?
Answer: NO! Suicide!

Question: What if we go over our bandwidth limit?
Answer: Nothing; most likely. Of course we can't allow everyone to go tens of gigs over their limits, without affecting server performance, we have no problems with anyone occasionally going  over their bandwidth limit. If it becomes an issue of server performance, or happens on a regular basis, we will contact you and make arrangements.
