Web Design Should Be User-Friendly For Clients

The sheer number of websites that are now online is staggering. There is no way that the average internet user would ever be able to visit them all. When a person does arrive on your website, it must be designed in a way that will make them wish to stay, and not immediately move on to the next thing. Though this applies to potential new clients, your existing clients must also be considered. Their experience on your website is extremely important, as these are the people that are boosting your profits.

User-friendly designs which are easy to navigate are best. Buttons should be placed in an area in which they are easy to find. Each button should lead the user directly to the area that he or she wishes to be. There are few things as frustrating as having to go through multiple pages to find what you are looking for. Try to avoid creating pages that are too busy. While photos are great, if you have too many of them it creates confusion. Once you have a user-friendly design in place, resist the urge to make too many changes. Clients do not wish to re-learn your website every few weeks.
